Would you like to be a pivotal part of one of our special Evergreen events?
There is a great deal of time and money invested in coordinating events throughout the year. Our Beacons support us in many ways and in return we are able to give them increased social media exposure.
Below are some of our up and coming events, and how you could get involved as a key sponsor.
Celebratory Tea Dance
The Evergreen Tea Dance is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the Queen’s 90th Birthday.
Held at the Borderville Centre, a fantastic facility on the Ryhall Road, Stamford, we are able to accommodate up to 120 guests and we will be arranging for our members to be collected by coach, equipped with Union Jack flags and driven through Stamford town centre to the Borderville Centre for a fabulous tea dance.
But this event is only possible with the support of our beacons, who can sponsor a table for 8 people of our Evergreen members.
The Bollywood themed Evergreen Extravaganza. This is an opportunity to be a major sponsor to one of the most exclusive and fun-filled charity events in Lincolnshire. The evening will include authentic, delicious Indian cuisine, atmospheric music, disco, dancing and lots of fun!
Venue: Borderville Sports Centre. The main function room has a fully stocked bar and seating for 160 guests which leads to a beautiful outdoor candle lit terrace.
Santa Fun Run - Burghley Park 2016
This fabulous event is co-ordinated and hosted by Stamford Burghley Rotary. A three mile run, jog or walk around Burghley Park is followed by the awarding of medals and then hot chocolate, mulled wine and a mince pies for all. It’s fantastic fun and a great start to Christmas – perfect for a corporate or social team builder. Run and raise money for the Evergreen Care Trust.
Evergreen Annual Tea Party
The most amazing tea party complete with bunting, delicious afternoon tea and, of course, scones and cream! Sunshine and music create the perfect atmosphere for all our guests. This is an extremely popular event and is a great opportunity to meet our members, staff and volunteers.
